Orders are prepaid by UPI, card, netbanking or wallet through our payment gateway partner. We do not offer cash on delivery. Card and bank details go directly to the payment provider; we never see or store them. An order is confirmed only when the payment provider confirms the payment.

Your orders and reminders

Delivery

We deliver across India. Each product page shows the usual delivery time, and our shipping policy explains how parcels travel. Items from one order may arrive in separate parcels; we email you as each one ships.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel free of charge until your order (or that part of it) has been dispatched or, for personalised items, sent to print. Write to hello@peekago.com with your order number. Refunds for cancellations go back to the original payment method.

Returns and refunds

See our returns and refunds policy. It does not affect your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Product safety

Toys we sell carry the BIS standard mark required by the Toys (Quality Control) Order. Follow the age guidance and care instructions on each product, and supervise young children with small parts.

Grievances

If something has gone wrong, write to hello@peekago.com first. You can also contact our Grievance Officer, Neha Tiwari, at grievances@peekago.com. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within one month, as the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020 require. See our grievance page.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Indian law. Our terms of use explain where disputes are heard.
