The short version
- We deliver across India only. We don’t ship outside India.
- Most orders are dispatched within 1–5 working days and delivered within 3–10 working days of your order.
- Shipping is a small flat charge, free above the amount shown in your bag. You see it before you pay.
- You get an email with a tracking number when each parcel ships.
Where we deliver
Across India, to most pincodes served by our courier partners. If we can’t reach your pincode, we’ll tell you before dispatch and refund you in full.
How long it takes
- Items we hold in stock usually leave within 1–2 working days.
- Printed-to-order and partner items are made or packed by our partners first, usually 2–5 working days. Items with your picture start once we approve the picture (within 1 working day).
- Couriers then usually take 2–5 days. Each product page shows the usual total time.
Several parcels, one order
Because some items are made by our print partners and some ship from our own shelves, one order can arrive in more than one parcel. We email you a tracking number for each parcel, and your order page shows them all.
What it costs
Shipping is shown in your bag before you pay: a small flat charge, and free above the threshold shown in the bag. There are no other delivery charges.
Problems with a delivery
If a parcel is late, lost or arrives damaged, write to hello@peekago.com with your order number. See our returns and refunds policy.
