Information and accuracy
We research from official and well-established sources, show whether and when our team last checked each place, and review pages regularly (see our editorial policy and coverage & verification). Even so, opening hours, entry fees, ticket and age rules, event dates, prices and contact details change, sometimes without notice. Please confirm anything important with the venue or organiser before you go or pay. We are not responsible for losses arising from information that was accurate when published but has since changed.
Seasonal and sudden closures
Places and events can close or change with the seasons — monsoon closures of beaches, parks and outdoor attractions, maintenance shutdowns, festival crowd controls, and closures ordered by authorities. Dates and timings we give are typical, not guaranteed; check current notices close to your visit.
Age fit and safety
Age bands, “good for” notes, suggested durations, pacing and day plans are editorial planning advice, not a safety certification. We do not inspect, certify or supervise any venue or event, and a place appearing on Peekago does not mean it is safe for every child. Every child is different: please judge suitability for your own family, supervise your children, and follow the venue's own safety rules, age and height limits.
Health, heat and water
Some outings involve heat, sun, water, crowds, long walks or animals. Our notes on these are general guidance. They are not medical advice and cannot account for any child's health, allergies or needs. Please take the usual precautions — water, sun protection, and care near water and roads — and ask a doctor if you are unsure whether an activity suits your child.
Accessibility and facilities
Notes such as “pram-friendly”, “baby-changing”, “toilets”, “indoor” or “wheelchair access” describe typical conditions based on our research. Access can vary by entrance, season and crowd, and facilities may be unavailable on a given day.
No paid rankings
Peekago is free to use. We do not show advertising or use affiliate links, and we never accept payment for a place to appear or to change what we say about it. If that ever changes, we will label any paid or commercial content clearly.

We link to official websites, venue and organiser pages, maps and other services for convenience. We do not control their content, availability, prices, privacy practices or services, and a link is not an endorsement.
Photos
Photos are chosen to illustrate a place and may have been taken in a different season, before renovations or on a quiet day. Many come from Wikimedia Commons and other openly licensed sources and are credited to their authors under their licences (see photo credits). Some pages may use placeholder images while a photo is being sourced.
